TSAKA
This male rhino was born in 1993 but we are not sure of his parentage. He was killed by poachers on 26 December 2013
Our records show that Tsaka was darted and dehorned in April 2004 on East Range and transponders were inserted under the skin. He was also dehorned again in 2010 but this was not enough to save him.
He is the father of both Ronda and Ranzi but after Rosalinde was killed by poachers, he spent most of his time wandering around East Range and Bemthree looking for female rhinos to mate with and getting into fights with other male rhino.
